I used to love coming here but rarely do anymore and my most recent experience is the exact reason why. First off, be prepared for a lengthy wait time even if there is no line in front of you but especially if there is one (in-store or drive-thru). Also, be prepared for at least one of the ingredients from your order to be unavailable. It has not failed that on each of my past visits for a while they are out of something from my ONE drink order, no matter what drink I’m ordering that day. I personally think the drinks are good so I’ve kept going back. But this last visit is making me think it’s time to find a new spot. I pulled up to the window after the car in front of me was taken care of and there were 2 employees by the drive-thru window. One of the girls, after seeing me drive up, rolled her eyes and threw her head back, seemingly annoyed that she was having to get off her phone and get up from sitting to make something for another customer. The girl that took my order wasn’t visibly displaying annoyance with me but definitely wasn’t friendly. And the only other employee I saw from where I was, I did not interact with, but I watched as she banged what looked like a portafilter

Had the best iced chocolate, Macadamia Nut iced latte. Also ordered the Taro smoothie with Tapioca. Delicious!!

Staff was quick and nice. The menu has a lot of variety for different drinks like coffees, milk teas, smoothies, fruit teas. The place inside was so pretty and very nice to study in or just relax in.

The place is cute. Great for studying or hanging out. There are even card games and TV feels like a fun lounge. The girls at the counter where very sweet and answered all my questions like what's in this? I had a mango tea with boba and my grandma got a pumpkin spice latte and she said "best coffee I've ever had!" So there you have it. Go check it out.

I used to come here a few years ago whenever I’d come visit my mom, and I used to love it then. But the past few times I’ve gone, there have been HUGE ice chunks left in my drink (I usually get the Honeydew or Taro Coconut smoothie) The drinks used to be smooth and silky, but now they’re chunky and hurt the roof of my mouth :// I try not to leave bad reviews, but this time was the last straw for me :// The entire bottom of my cup was ice, the drink itself was so icy it hurt my mouth :// Won’t be visiting again ://
